When you are hiring a lawyer it is important to know what type of charges you will face.

We provide other services based upon three types of fee arrangements: Hourly, Flat Fee, and Contingent Fee.

Hourly Fee

The fees billed are based on the number of hours spent on your case. In these types of cases, a retainer is required. A retainer is money paid ahead of time to cover the fees and expenses of your case.

Flat Fee

One fee is charged for your entire case, regardless of the amount of time spent.

Contingent Fee

A percentage of the proceeds collected on your behalf is retained by the firm, usually one third.

Our firm also has a full time paralegal whose rate is significantly less than that of the attorneys.
