We provide other services based upon three types of fee arrangements: Hourly, Flat Fee, and Contingent Fee.

Hourly Fee: The fees billed are based on the number of hours spent on your case. In these types of cases, a retainer is required. A retainer is money paid ahead of time to cover the fees and expenses of your case.

Flat Fee: One fee is charged for your entire case, regardless of the amount of time spent.

Contingent Fee: A percentage of the proceeds collected on your behalf is retained by the firm, usually one third.
